一、首要职责：

I. Main Responsibilities:

1、贯彻履行国度、本市及新区的休息赋闲法令、律例、政策，担任办理和指点新区赋闲办事使命。

1. Implement laws, regulations and policies on employment in the state, municipality and Pudong district; and in charge of the management and guidance of employment in Pudong.

2、担任中间派出大众赋闲办事机构的计划布点和营业办理等使命。担任新区大众赋闲办事相干办理信息体系的开辟、办理和保护使命。

2. To be responsible for the planning, distribution and business management of the public employment service branches dispatched by the center. Responsible for the development, management and maintenance of public employment service related management information system in Pudong.

3、担任新区大众职业先容和职业指点使命，指点展开青年见习使命，并担任指点新区赋闲支援使命。

3. To be responsible for the public occupation introduction and career guidance, to guide the work of youth apprenticeship, and to guide the work of employment assistance in Pudong.

4、担任新区创业指点办理使命，指点和展开新区创业园区、校区、社区等的创业指点办事；创业见习基地的报告与办理；指点创业专家自愿团展开办事等使命。

4. To be responsible for the guidance of entrepreneurship, to guide and develop entrepreneurial park, campus, community and other business guidance services; management of entrepreneurial training bases; to guide the volunteer group of entrepreneurial experts to carry out service and so forth.

5、担任落实新区职业培训指点和办理使命,首要包含：培训机构（名目）天资的初审；担任培训进程办理；指点区自立开辟课程、高技术人材培育等重点专项使命。

To be responsible for the guidance and management of professional training in Pudong，mainly includes the preliminary check of the qualifications of training institutions (projects); supervision of training ,key special tasks’ guide, such as regional independent developing courses and high-skilled talents training .

6、做好新区职业技术、创业、见习、赋闲坚苦职员等增进赋闲补贴资金的利用和办理相干使命。

6. Promoting the use and management of employment subsidy funds in Pudong, such as professional skills, entrepreneurship, apprenticeship and people with difficulties in finding jobs.

7、担任标准赋闲挂号和休息力资本办理，展开休息用工备案、赋闲职员档案办理和休息资本查询拜访，监测休息力资本市场环境。

7. To be responsible for the registration of unemployment and the management of labor resources; carrying out the labor employment filing, unemployed personnel file management and labor resource survey;and to monitor the situation of the labor resources market.

8、担任新区外埠来沪职员的赋闲办理和办事使命。

8. To be responsible for the employment management and service of migrant workers in Pudong.

9、担任对地区内大众赋闲办事机构的营业指点使命。

9. To be responsible for the business guidance of public employment service agencies in Pudong.

10、承当拜托或交办的其余职责使命。

上海市浦东新区赋闲增进中间共设置10个内设部分和9个非自力法人办事点。

The center has set up a total of 10 internal departments and 9 branch centers.

（一）内设机构：1、党建办公室（行风办）；2、行政办公室；3、信息办理办事科；4、创业指点办事科；5、职业培训办理办事科；6、职介办事科；7、外劳赋闲办理办事科；8、休息力资本办理科；9、赋闲保险基金办理科；10、赋闲支援办事科。
